Strange_Adventures
Strange Adventures is a great comic shop. --Each of my favorite shops have unique energy, always a combination of the vibe of the location and the character of the owner. Calum Johnston is a fantastic man with a huge heart and a love of comics. His shop is filled with the best stuff and the coolest employees. If you're in Halifax, you simply must pay them a visit. You won't regret it!
Time Bucket Graphics Greg Beettam is an excellent friend of mine, and he's been making comics for longer than me. He's recently launched a successful contract illustration studio. He's got some excellent ideas and some cool comics posted on his site!
VogeleinVogelein Jane Irwin's "Vogelein," critically praised by the likes of Neil Gaiman and your's truly! The moving story of a clockwork fairy. Excellent work!
Radioactive Panda
Eric A. Johnson's Web Comic. --For those who recall, Eric was the guy who sculpted the Rubel statue which appeared on the back of issue #. . . Um. Well back then, anyway.  Check out his on-line comics work!
This is a really good and regularly updated on-line comic strip drawn by a couple of cool creative types who became best friends later in life, and who didn't meet in highschool.  "As If" is the story about what would have happened if they had.

Light Speed Press
Both writer and artist, Carla Speed McNeil is one of those comics creators who really makes me sit up and pay attention. Finder is some of the most brilliant and engaging science fiction I've ever encountererd in any medium.
A. Jaye Williams is launching a new comic series. The brother of Alison Williams who brought us, "The Sorcerer's Children", it seems the craft runs in the blood! Check out A. Jaye's website for news about his upcoming, "The Adventures of Astrodog".
Visit Greg Hyland's award winning website of all things Lethargic.  (Lethargic Lad offers a satirical look at the world of comics through the adventures of the title character.)

This is a solid database of Fantasy and Science Fiction books and authors, featuring plenty of reviews and interviews.  One of the better sites of its kind that I've run across.
