Personal World Peace KitHark Lee
|
The Personal World Peace Kit is for helping people to create the sorts of inner changes necessary to generate greater personal peace, peaceful relationships, and ultimately world peace.
|
This is a work in progress. More meditations are still to be added. The equipment I have to produce these is fairly limited, but I trust it is sufficient to provide a peaceful experience. Any feedback is appreciated, as is spreading the word about this project. Thank you for your help. |
Balancing Fear and Anger Meditation
(time: 14.30min, size: 13.4MB)
This meditation helps you to create a more peaceful relationship with both your animal and higher selves, such that you calm the emotional waters stirred up by excessive fear and anger.
Emotional Confidence Meditation
(time: 13min, size: 12.1MB)
Before we can even get to forgiveness we have to come to terms with our feelings. People sometimes try to use forgiveness as a way to avoid feelings of anger, grief, and powerlessness. This will not create a real and lasting forgiveness. This meditation helps to instill confidence in your ability to deal with your emotions and thereby help you find the strength to deal with the entire process of forgiving.
When we feel our connections with all people, all beings, and the Earth, the desire to behave in a kind and respectful manner comes naturally. Living responsibly becomes a normal state of being, rather than an obligation. I found this meditation intense in a good way.
Forgiveness of Self Meditation 1
(time: 11min, size: 11MB)
Self forgiveness is so core to the effort of creating world peace that I have created two meditations on the subject, each dealing with self-forgiveness on slightly different levels. The first is about learning how to love those parts of ourselves we have discounted as unloveable.
Forgiveness of Self Meditation 2
(time: 17.40min, size: 16.2MB)
This meditation on self-forgiveness is about the layers of self-condemnation we build as we grow up. This meditation is less abstract than the previous and may require some repetition. Keep the focus clear by concentrating on forgiving yourself here, rather than trying to forgive others as well.
Forgiving Family and Friends Meditation
(time: 15min, size: 13.9MB)
We have both connections and attachments to our physical and spiritual families. This meditation helps us to release and dissolve the attachments, and focus on the connections of love. To do so we need to see ourselves as distinct from as well as part of our families.
Forgiving Enemies Meditation
(time: 16.30min, size: 15.3MB)
Forgiving enemies is probably one of the noblest and most difficult things we can possibly do. True forgiveness is a process that you will have to practice over and over again with real humility, recognising that you are not that different from your enemy. Forgiveness is not about allowing yourself to be hurt repeatedly by a foe, but rather releasing yourself from them so that you do not carry the hurt long beyond the event.
