That's not a voice over, that's foley, but the concept is pretty much the
same. Bears do make those sorts of sounds, the film-maker just over-egged the
pudding with the amount of expressiveness and continuous noise making.

Brown bears would make somewhat different sounds, but I couldn't find a good
clip for that. HOWEVER, this clip of a brown bear is adorable.
