hehe nothing has changed. i was at maccas the other day and the person in front
had ordered a happy meal and the person serving them asked "boy or girl? " i
saw another one didn't even ask just shoved in what they thought was best.

Yeah, it's not so easy to change staff behaviour.  It helps if customers
continue to make it an issue, though.  Especially now they know that it's
supposed to be company policy!
