"Climate Fiction or CliFi is an exciting new genre of storytelling!
CliFi grapples with the outcomes of climate change as we are experiencing it
now, in the near future, or the far future. People are interested in seeing
representations of what we are grappling with. They want to know how we might
deal with it, and what that would feel like.
This course will help you to understand the genre. Most importantly you will
learn how to effectively create CliFi for the media of your choice: novel,
short story, graphic novel, electronic game, or film and television. Let's
raise some awareness!"
